Our refund policy depends on the type of service purchased:

• Consultation Services:

  • Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.

  • No refunds will be issued for sessions canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time or for no-shows.

• Custom Projects:

  • Refunds for project work are subject to the terms outlined in the signed contract or agreement.

  • Deposits for project initiation are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.

• Digital Orders:

  • Refunds are not available for delivered digital products, including reports, templates, or files, unless the product is found to be defective or incorrect.

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your digital order for assistance if there is an issue.
